【明報專訊】退休後專注投資的前市政局主席梁定邦，去年10月因炒燶accumulator，遭花旗銀行 入稟追討970萬元，花旗昨要求高院作簡易判決，透露梁當日被「call孖展」時，向銀行表示自己手頭現金耗盡，要求平倉離場，更直言「宣佈破產我都諗住」。
